*Note: some skills in HTML needs to be brushed up
Ok, first you need to have a Last.Fm account registered so pop over to Last.Fm's site and get yourself registered
Here's the link, click on it Last.Fm
Next once you're registered, download the Audioscrobbler plugin required for your player to perform submission of your ID3V2 rags of your song. Choose according to your fav media player.
Get em' here Audioscrobbler Plugin
Install the plugin that you downloaded, and the configure it under your player's preference. I'm using Foobar 2000 so this is how it looks like on mine. Winamp's should be similiar
Screenshot of Audioscrobbler configuration page for Foobar 2000
And for your benefit, I've also uploaded how the configurer looks like in Winamp which loads on the first time run of Winamp after you've installed it

Ok, now we've done with the software, we've got to sort the HTML part.
Now for the most basic design which looks like this for example
Use the following URL and the "img src" tag it to display that image
http://www.denness.net/scrobblersig.php?username=(InsertYourAusioscrobblerUsername)&labelcolor=
FFFFFF&trackcolor=FFFFFF&backgroundcolor=000000&
backgroundtransparent=0
The FFFFFFF and 000000 thingy that you saw is the hexadecimal colour code for HTML, so if you want to customise it, refer and substitute the appropriate codes. I've linked a good site for quick referral here
Other customisation variables for that image are listed here
Variables
fontsize (default is 8 for your reference)
labelcolor (the top line of text)
trackcolor (the colour of the text)
backgroundtransparent (1 for true, 0 for false)
backgroundcolor (doesn't work unless you set backgroundtransparent to 0)
verticalpadding (default is 0)
horizontalpadding (default is 0)
OK, there will be some sites for some reason won't display those images properly. This may be because dynamic images are not allowed to be linked directly. So substitute the ? and the = for / and that should fix it.
If for like mine, use the following URL and "img src" tag the sig you've chosen
http://www.last-sig.be
There's another site that hosts kinda cool images too. Linked here
And this is how it looks like for example.

If you want to customize your sig there are different codes, not all codes work with all sigs, so you just have try it out.
To alter your sig just add the code to the end of the URL.
(note for different sigs you will have to use different separators)
here are seperators when using font size:
&fs=10
/fs/10
fs - font size
bt - backgorund transparent(1 for on, 0 for off)
h - headline (type whatever you want to change your headline)
tza - to change the time zone hour (EST =-4)
tz - timezone (to change name of time zone)
s - amount of songs listed
a - antialias
p - pdding
for these add a 6 digits color code
tc - title color
ac - artist color
bdc - border color
bg1 - background color 1
bg2 - background color 2
nc - number color
bc - border color
tic - track color
dc - date and time color
w - sig width
for these put left right or center for text placement
ha - headline
url - URL
Here are a few examples
http://www.denness.net/rpi/username/yourusernamehere/fs/8/s/5/bg1
/ffffff/bg2/f2f4e9/ac/D56116/tc/424d61/nc/444444/url/center/ha
/center/tz/GMT/tza/+8/w/370/rpi.png
yields this

and this
http://www.denness.net/rpi/username/yourusernamehere/c/95d828/dc
/95d828/bg/333333/nc/FFFFFF/bg2/444444/bg1/333333/title/FFFFFF/ac
/95d828/tz/GMT/tza/+8/w/360/rpi.png
yields this

Hope you liked my short tutorial on it and enjoy ;)
